I highly recommend Ball & Sons for HVAC service. My Mom’s furnace broke down during the January 2024 cold snap. Ball & Sons were extremely attentive to our situation and had the furnace operational again by the following day. They even dropped off space heaters for our temporary use until they were able to complete the necessary repairs. Val from their office was a pleasure to work with and field technician Keith was professional and courteous during the service appointment. I will definitely contact Ball & Sons again for future heating and cooling needs.

At the 2 year check-up of our new high-efficiency furnace a serious issue was discovered, due to the manufacturer, not Ball & Sons installation. Replacement parts were ordered and replaced in a timely manner. Technician Eric was efficient and professional during the repair process. At the same time he very quickly diagnosed a problem with the unit heater in our shop and repaired it in minutes. Outstanding service! We highly recommend Ball & Sons.
