Q:I'm starting to wonder if we made mistake choosing this complex. The website boasts how close the complex is to the college campuses but the main office doesn't stay open past 5p.m. the very weekend that school starts.

Manager Pam, is excellent at problem solving issues. I am very aware we are human and sometimes make mistakes and there can be miscommunication but in the 2.5 years my two daughters lived at Red Point, Pam the manager helped out with several things that needed to be fixed and was very reasonable and helpful each time and I would definitely recommend living there.

Sydney seriously made my move out process a breeze! She was super professional and efficient in guiding me through each step! She even made sure to make me feel like a part of the community by always inviting me to resident events. My overall experience at redpoint was very enjoyable and will definitely be remembered.

Great place to live! Renewed quite a few times now. Great apartments for students who want to live off campus and the front desk are always very helpful.
