  I loved getting a tour of the property with Timberlynn. She was friendly and knowledgeable, providing a thorough walkthrough of the available units and amenities. The apartments themselves were spacious and well-maintained, with modern finishes and good natural light.

  I can’t say enough good things about The Exchange at Juban. The community is very nice and clean with great amenities. Having a dog park for my babies is a huge plus. Management is very friendly and welcoming as well as all the neighbors.

  The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. The amenities are top-notch—especially the pool and fitness center—and the community is peaceful and welcoming. The management team is always responsive and goes above and beyond to address any concerns quickly. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby.   The Exchange at Juban is very clean. The environment is peaceful and the staff is Amazing! The service is very welcoming and the coffee is always hot! 5 Stars all year long for The Exchange! They have really set the bars high for the best residential living experience!
